Join Ranger Kevin at the Newton County Courthouse during the 2019 Buffalo River Elk Festival for a program about lesser-known locations at Buffalo National River. See photographs of and listen to the stories preserved within the old homesteads, wagon roads, and other relics of a bygone era in Buffalo River Country. "Back Roads and Back Stories of the Buffalo" will begin at 2:15 PM in the Newton County Courthouse on the historic downtown Jasper square.
