With a Little Help from Our Friends

Join Parkway rangers on a moderate, 1.8 mile round-trip hike along the Mountains-to-Sea Trail.  It takes a lot of help to keep the Parkway going and we’ll learn about some of our invaluable partners as we experience some good mountain hiking.

Meet at the Sleepy Gap Parking Overlook, Milepost 397.3.  Bring water, wear good walking shoes, and be prepared for changeable weather.
