In late summer of 1776, the Oneida Carry was officially occupied by the 3rd New Jersey Regiment. Their task, rebuild the old Fort Stanwix and protect the border of the new United States of America.
Come this weekend and learn about how they did that and the role these soldiers played in the defense of the Mohawk Valley at the beginning of the American Revolution.
