Join New Mexico Poet Laureate and 2022 Grand Canyon astronomer in residence Lauren Camp for an intimate night of poetry under the stars.

This very special event will feature a poetry reading by Lauren Camp followed by a brief night sky program by Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument's astronomy ranger.

Following formal programming there will be a telescopes available for public viewing and an opportunity to write your own poety or prose under the dark sky.

For an optimal experience, please come prepared with closed toed shoes, warm layers, and a red flashlight/headlamp.

This event is free to attend.

Location

The Twin Peaks Campground amphitheater is located on the southwestern side of the Twin Peaks Campground. Parking is limited.
