Learn about animal habits and tracking during the winter season.
 
This guided hike will take guests on the Military and Walpack Ridge trails. This out-and-back hike is of moderate difficulty and about 3 miles in length. Hike through beautiful scenery around two ponds.
 
Parking will be in the gravel lot next to the Walpack Center post office along route 615.
 
Come prepared with water, layers, and sturdy shoes! Traction devices for shoes/boots are recommended, as there may still be snow on the ground. Stay alert for weather changes throughout the day.
 
This hike has elevation gain and terrain that may be difficult for some people.
