Description

With only the full moon, stars, and a ranger to guide us, we'll set off on a hike around Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. We'll hear about a traditional name for this moon and look for signs of the fruit it represents. All ages are welcome. This is an all-weather walk, so please dress for the conditions. Space will be limited, so register by calling (718) 318-4340.

The NPS expects everyone who works in or visits national parks to follow the latest CDC guidance: people who are not fully vaccinated must continue to wear masks indoors and in crowded outdoor spaces. Masks are required for everyone on all forms of public transportation. Follow the CDC's social distancing guidance and stay at least six feet away from other people.

Reservation or Registration: Yes

Space is limited. Please call 718-318-4340 to make a reservation.
