The Theater at Valley Forge is located behind the visitor center and adjacent to the administration building and the Mini Grand Parade.

Originally constructed in the 1960s by Valley Forge State Park along with the present-day administration building, the theater building contains refurbished bench-style seating, a new movie screen, 4K digital projector, and surround sound system. Audio description, captioning, and assisted listening is available.

The theater is open to the public from 9 AM to 5 PM daily, and the 19-minute orientation film is shown on the hour and the half-hour from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
