The Park Headquarters for Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River contains staff offices as well as the Superintendent's office for the park.
Although no in-person visitor services are offered at the park headquarters, there are brochures, maps, and passport cancellation stamps available year-round. Seasonally from June to August, a portable toilet, locoated in the parking lot, is available for visitors to use. A scenic overlook of the river is also open seasonally from spring through autumn.
Visitors looking for in-person visitor services and interpretive exhibits can visit the Zane Grey Museum, which is open seasonally from Memorial Day to the last weekend of September and during weekends in January and February. Select public river accesses may also be staffed on busier days of the week between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
