Harry and Bess got married in Trinity Episcopal Church on Saturday, June 28, 1919. The church was full of their family and friends. Bess wore a white georgette crepe dress, white picture hat, and carried a bouquet of roses. Harry wore a grey checked three-piece suit made by his friend Ted Marks He wore Army pince-nez glasses. Bess walked down the aisle with her brother Frank Wallace. After the ceremony, they had a reception in the yard of 219 N Delaware.
