Trailhead
The Western Ridge Trail is one of the popular trails in Rock Creek Park. It runs in a north-south direction from Boundary Bridge to Bluff Bridge.
This trailhead is located near historic Fort DeRussy and is the juncture between the Black Horse Trail, the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail and the Fort DeRussy Trail. It is very close to Bike Trail #1 and Bike Trail #3.
Note: Bicycles are not allowed on the Western Ridge Trail.
