You are now at the Dry Run Road Trailhead for the park’s Inclines 6 to 10 Trail, which follows the path of two versions of the Portage Railroad. Please become familiar with our rules and regulations posted on the informational panel here at the trailhead. Motorized vehicles are prohibited on the trail and pets must be on a leash at all times. Certain sections of the trail are for both hiking and bicycling, while others are for hiking only. Some sections of the hiking trail are very steep and uneven. Please pace yourself and watch your step. Most important of all, enjoy your day on our trails and take the time to also stop in our visitor center and see the rest of the park which is just off the Gallitizin exit of New Route 22.
