Built in 1910 this small residence was the home of Ace Williams. This building consisted of two one story buildings attached toghether The building material used were wooden shingles and InsulBrick, instead of the typical limestone. Ace Williams was best known for working in the construction of the Nicodemus Township Hall. By chance the new tiny homes being built throughout the Nicodemus townsite resemble this building.
