The loop around Swiftcurrent Lake is relatively flat with views of the lake, historic buildings, and surrounding mountains.
Two portions of the trail are accessible by wheelchair: 0.9 miles (1.4 kilometers), one way, starting from the Many Glacier Hotel and 0.75 miles (1.2 kilometers), one way, starting from the Many Glacier Picnic Area.
