The trailhead for Skyline Vista is one of the first that visitors encounter when entering the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It’s a magnificent introduction. Hiking the 0.1-mile accessible trail to an overlook, one is treated to wonderful views of the Little Missouri River, the western horizon, and the surrounding badlands.
