Shaw County Park, 2 miles from the ferry landing, has 11 water view campsites for tent campers, a boat launch, picnic areas, a beach, fire rings, vault toilets, and a boat launch. If you plan to stay at Shaw County Park, you should make reservations before your trip and if you need anything for your visit, make sure you visit the general store at the ferry landing, as it is the only place to buy groceries and necessities on Shaw Island.
