Point of Rocks

After scattering the horses, the Army and the Cheyenne Scouts turned their attention to fleeing Nez Perce and defenders at the north end of the camp. Among the defenders were Tulhuulhulsuit and seven warriors. Caught between the 2nd Calvary and Scouts, the warriors became trapped at the base of the red, rocky outcrop. In the open, and unable to find a defensible position, Tulhuulhulsuit and five others were killed. Eagle Necklance the Younger and Tamyahnin were wounded but made it back to camp.
