Pinkney Street is a picturesque colonial avenue featuring some of the oldest buildings in Annapolis. In contrast to some of the larger colonial homes that you’ll find just around the corner, this neighborhood was home to many of the lower and middle class residents of the city including free Black families in the early 1800s.
