This short trail (.1 mile) will take you from the visitor center to the picnic area. The trails' grade does not meet accessability standards, but it is paved and the bridge is made of wood planks.
Along the trail you will see native plants and trees and a foot bridge takes you over the Montezuma Canyon Wash. It is also a good location for watching birds.
