Lot H provides access to the High Meadows Trail, which is a 2.1-mile hiking trail

Follow the orange blazes to the northeast as this trail crosses several small streams, valleys, and meadows in the former Taylor Farm area. This moderately easy 1.3-mile section of the trail ends at Old Black Top Road. In the opposite direction, across the Scenic Drive, the more strenuous .8-mile portion of the trail crosses several ridges as it heads southwest through the hardwood forest to South Fork Quantico Creek and the South Valley Trail.

Watch your step for tree stumps and slippery rocks. Check yourself periodically for ticks. Keep your pets on a leash and do not feed wildlife. Do not disturb or remove any plants, animals, or historic features.
