Old Point Loma Lighthouse Assistant Keeper's Quarters

These quarters were once the assistant keeper's quarters and now display exhibits.

In front of the garden is the Assistant Keepers Quarters. Theses quarters currently house historical information. A Fresnel Lens is set in the center of the building for an up-close look of what is partially restricted within the lighthouse. When the Old Point Loma Lighthouse was active and the keeper’s wife wasn’t in the role, this site housed the assistant keeper. The space was also used as storage for supplies.
