The Ocean View house is a one bedroom, one bathroom home, with a lower level living area that includes a full size futon, that sleeps four. Guests will find themselves minutes away from ocean beaches, ponds, trails, and the charming village of Wellfleet. This spacious, well-equipped home will make a stay at Cape Cod National Seashore memorable.

Rates

• Peak Season Nightly Rate: $425
• Non-Peak Season Nightly Rate: $325
• Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (per reservation)
• There is a mandatory 5 night miniumim stay for reservations during the peak season, and a minimum 3 night stay during non-peak season.

Facilities

• Wi-Fi
• Beds include: one queen, one full futon.
• Pillows, quilts, and fans are included. Bed sheets and towels are not provided.
• Washer and dryer.
• Kitchen is fully equipped including: microwave, oven, range, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, pots/ pans, eating utensils and plates.
• Large deck, with a grill and patio furnishings, overlooking the ocean.
• Flat screen television with Blu-Ray player.
• Pets are not allowed.
