The two Nez Perce campsites, also known as Nespelem Camps, have been identified as the last homesites of Chief Joseph on the Colville Reservation.
The exact location is ambiguous, and probably much that was used by the Joseph band is under water. There is no interpretive media at the campsite locations and the location is not identified.
This is a culturally sensitive site and exact locations will not be provided by the park. Visitation is not encouraged.
