The main exhibit panel within Fort Caroline meant to memorilize the people who sought to establish a French foothold in Florida. This memorial, inspired by the Vietnam Wall National Memorial, names each of the colonists listed in journals and historic documents, but many names are missing. The women, children, African, and indeginous, people all part of the Fort Caroline story remain nameless.
