The Meeting Room at Valley Forge is a multipurpose meeting space located next to the Mini Grand Parade and the second floor of the visitor center building. The room is not open to the public during regular operating hours.

The Meeting Room serves as a space for staff and partner meetings, special public programming and park-sponsored events, and school groups. The room is outfitted with tables and chairs, a whiteboard, a digital display, and telecommunications equipment.

The maximum number of occupants permitted in the Meeting Room is 164. If the Meeting Room is set up with tables and chairs, the maximum occupancy is 82. If the main room of the Meeting Room is divided into Room A and Room B, each of those rooms has a maximum capacity of 82 occupants. If those rooms are set up with tables and chairs, the maximum occupancy of each of those rooms is 41.
