This trail is comprised of a wooden boardwalk that transitions from the shrub thicket habitat in the parking lot, out to an elevated boardwalk over the marsh habitat. Herons, Egrets and Willets are just a few of the marshland birds you can expect to see on your walk. Keep your eyes open for terrapins, otters, raccoon, and fox. This trail is a great choice for a sunset stroll. To download a trail guide on what you may see on this trail, please check out our hiking page.
