The McVeigh Home and neighborhood were originally built for “white foreigners” in the late 1920s-1930s. It is the most intact neighborhood within the settlement today. The complex includes two 11-room dormitories, a kitchen-dining hall, a central recreation pavilion, and 24 cottages of varying sizes.
