Marshy Point Park and Nature Center is a Chesapeake Gateways Network Site located in Baltimore County, Maryland. Situated between the Dundee and Saltpeter Creeks in the upper Chesapeake Bay, the park spans over 400 acres of preserved brackish marshes, coastal forests, and estuarine ecosystems that support diverse wildlife throughout the year.

The interactive Nature Center features live animal ambassadors, seasonal exhibits, and interpretive displays, including information on the area's history dating back to the late 1700s. Staffed by full-time and part-time naturalists, the center hosts year-round environmental education programs for schools, families, and visitors of all ages, focusing on wetland ecology, estuarine habitats, and conservation.

Eight miles of well-maintained trails wind through tidal marshes and forests, offering scenic views and opportunities for wildlife observation. A public canoe and kayak launch provides access to Dundee Creek, allowing visitors to experience the Chesapeake’s natural beauty from the water.

Marshy Point emphasizes conservation and resource protection by offering immersive, informal learning experiences that highlight the importance of wetlands in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. As part of the Chesapeake Gateways Network, the park invites visitors to connect with the natural and cultural heritage of the region.
