The Lincoln Parking Garage consists of levels 1, 2, and 3. There are ADA parking spaces on levels 2 and 3. On level 2 there are also six charging stations for electric vehicles. If you decided to brave the hills and rode a bicycle to the memorial, bicycle lockers are available on Level 1 of the parking facility.
