The barn that is located up the path from the Kelly House Transportation Museum was built in 2018 and is a replica of the barn that was located there in the late 1800s. In its day, it was a milk barn used on the farm that supported the Aston Mill. The barn was destroyed by heavy winds in the 1970s. Today the replica is used by the National Park Service to house special exhibits and Ranger Led Programs.
