This is public river access for the Upper Delaware River located near River Mile 312 next to Kellams Bridge. This access is owned by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NY DEC).
Access Use:
This is fishing access only. Boats are not permitted to be launched from this access. The access is located across the railraod tracks from the small parking area. Cross the road and the railroad tracks and on the left side of the bridge, you will see a small, narrow path. This path leads to the access. This path is quite steep and rocky, so please be careful.
No restroom is available. Please keep pets on a leash.
Parking:
Parking is available. The parking lot is very small, able to accommodate approximately 3-5 regular-sized vehicles.
River Rules:

Pack It In, Pack It Out: There are no trash cans or garbage receptacles available. Please practice “Leave No Trace” principles and do not litter or leave any trash behind.

No Glass Bottles: Glass bottle use is prohibited on the river. Broken glass is dangerous for both visitors and wildlife.

Wear Your Lifejacket: It can save your life! Life jackets are required to be within reach when on the water and are required to be worn by children 12 years and younger. Life jackets are required to be worn when the river level is 6+ feet, or between November 1 – April 30.

Do not Trespass on Private Property: Many properties around the river are privately owned. Please respect the local community and do not trespass on private lands.

If fishing, you must have a license: Fishing is permitted at all public accesses. Anglers 16+ years of age must have a valid New York State or Pennsylvania fishing license.
