Gifford Boat Launch is 26.1 miles (42km) south of Kettle Falls on Washington Highway 25.

Gifford Boat launch is a water access point on Lake Roosevelt with a paved boat ramp, docks, information kiosk, parking area. A vault toilet is available a short distance down the road to the adjacent Gifford Campground. Reservations are required to stay at the campground. 

Minimum lake elevation for use of the boat launch is 1249'.
