There are four gun decks, one for each corner of the fort. These gun decks had embrasures, or openings, for five 4-6-pounder cannon.

These cannon, both the 4 pounders and 6 pounders respectfully, weigh around the same at about 890 lbs. Imagine trying to move any of the cannon!
