What's around the river-bend? A super cool river feature known as Egelhoff's Narrows. This class I rapid looks a lot like a chute and can be a fun experience for beginners on the otherwise calm and easy Niobrara River.

Beginners could feel more comfortable riding this feautre out from the middle of the channel. Stick to the middle and you'll be just fine enjoying the views of the canyon walls pass by under the sunny blue sky.
