Scenic View/Photo Spot

This small pullout below Diamond Peak offers a clear view of Lassen Peak and a view down into East Sulphur Creek. A steep rock wall of Diamond Peak towers on the uphill side of the highway. Wildflowers including mules ear and rabbitbrush can be plentiful here and golden eagles and other raptors are often sighted soaring from Diamond Peak and over the valley below.
