Cunningham Falls

A large, white cascading waterfall flowing through large rocks in a green forest.
After a 2-mile hike from the visitor center, hikers are rewarded with a view of the falls.

Scenic View/Photo Spot, Wheelchair Accessible

Cunningham Falls is the largest cascading waterfall in the state of Maryland. Just across State Route 77 in Cunninham Falls State Park, hikers can access this scenic spot by taking the yellow trail from the visitor center. After a 1 mile hike, visitors can cross the road and talk a short boardwalk to the base of the falls.
A small, handicap pulloff parking lot is available by the boardwalk.
