Crescent Bay Boat Launch is a water access point on Lake Roosevelt, located between the town of Grand Coulee and the Grand Coulee Dam. The road to the launch is not paved. In addition to the paved boat launch, there is a dock, a vault toilet, a large gravel parking area, and an information kiosk.

The minimum lake elevation for boat launch is 1265'.
