Audio Description
Built in 1857, the Fishpond House is believed to be the oldest original home in the City of Corinth. The name of the home comes from a distinctive feature that once graced the top of the roof. Described as “an ornament with fancy railings and a tin liner,” apparently, it was a catch basin for rainwater, which was drained down to a cistern.
