National parks are exciting places to visit for people and for pets. Developed trails are a great option for stretching your legs and getting a good sniff. The trails at Chamizal National Memorial offer an exciting green space amid the urban landscape of El Paso for people and pets to recreate, relax, or recharge.

By becoming a BARK Ranger at Chamizal National Memorial, you and your pet can learn ways to make your visit safe and enjoyable. There are 4 BARK Ranger promises:

B - Bag your pet's waste and dispose of it appropriately
A - Always wear a leash
R - Respect wildlife
K - Know where you can go

At the beginning of the inner loop trail there is a waste bag dispenser and at the end there is a pet water fountain. Grab a bag and hit the trail to learn about being a BARK Ranger!
