Quick Facts
Fed by springs throughout the park, the headwaters throughout the Owen's Creek Watershed are made up of small feeder streams leading into Owens Creek. The water, kept cool by the forest canopy and filtered by the surrounding wetlands, is clean enough to suppport brook trout.
