Benson Grist Mill (est. 1854), at 325 UT-138/E Pole Canyon Rd, Stansbury Park, UT, is one of the oldest standing buildings in western Utah. For over 75 years, it ground wheat and corn for the local community and the occasional California-bound emigrant. Twin Springs and Twin Springs Creek, which powered the mill, were also water sources for travelers on the Hastings Cutoff trail to California.

Today, the reconstructed mill is open to visitors as a Tooele County Park.
