Perched on top of the bluff overlooking Coast Guard Beach, guests can take in the panoramic views of the old Coast Guard station, the ocean and Nauset Bay from your wrap-around deck.

This home is a recently renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage that sleeps six. The walk from the front door to Coast Guard Beach, which has been consistently rated as a top family beach by both National Geographic Magazine and Dr. Beach’s Top Beaches, is less than ten minutes. This spacious, well-equipped home will make your stay at Cape Cod National Seashore memorable.
 

Rates

• Peak Season Nightly Rate: $500

• Non-Peak Season Nightly Rate: $400

• Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (per reservation)

• There is a mandatory 5 night miniumim stay for reservations during the peak season, and a minimum 3 night stay during non-peak season.

Facilities

• Beds include: one queen, one full and two twins.
• Pillows, blankets, and fans are included. Bed sheets and towels are not provided.
• Kitchen is fully equipped including: microwave, oven, range, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, pots/ pans, eating utensils and plates.
• Large deck, with a BBQ grill and patio furnishings, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. 
• Flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. 
• Pets are not allowed.
