Overlooking Cape Cod Bay, there is no better place on Cape Cod to watch a sunset.

While located only a few miles from Wellfleet town center, when sitting on the deck enjoying the company of friends and family, you will feel miles away from the stress of everyday life. The Bay View House is a three bedroom, one bathroom home that sleeps seven. This spacious, well-equipped home will make your stay at Cape Cod National Seashore memorable.

Rates

• Peak Season Nightly Rate: $300
• Non-Peak Season Nightly Rate: $175
• Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (per reservation)
• There is a mandatory 5 night miniumim stay for reservations during the peak season, and a minimum 3 night stay during non-peak season.

Facilities

• Beds include: one queen, one twin and two fulls.
• Pillows, blankets, and fans are included. Bed sheets and towels are not provided.
• Washer and dryer.
• Kitchen is fully equipped including: microwave, oven, range, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, pots/ pans, eating utensils and plates.
• Large deck, with a BBQ grill and patio furnishings, overlooking Cape Cod Bay. 
• Flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. 
• Pets are not allowed.
