Amygdaloid Island is located on the north shore of Isle Royale National Park. Amygdaloid Island includes rocky shores, forests, and a sea arch. A seasonally staffed ranger station and historic cabins populate the area near the dock on Amygdaloid Island's south shore. Overnight stay is not permitted.
