When you arrive, park your car and enjoy the ease and convenience of our free Yosemite Valley shuttle system. Our eco-friendly shuttles will take you throughout Yosemite Valley.

The Valleywide shuttle serves all stops in Yosemite Valley, including lodges, food service, campgrounds, and trailheads. Buses arrive every 12 to 22 minutes during hours of operation. The East Valley shuttle is limited to Yosemite Village, Curry Village, Pines Campgrounds, and trailheads in eastern Yosemite Valley. Buses arrive every 8 to 12 minutes during hours of operation. This stop is part of both routes.

Getting Here

Shuttle stop 16 is located on the eastern side of Yosemite Valley, along the Happy Isles loop, an area only accessible by shuttle bus or vehicles displaying a disability placard.

Rules & Regulations

  • Allow wheelchairs to board first
  • Collapse strollers before boarding.
  • No oversized or jogging strollers.
  • Remove baby-back carriers when seated
  • Board shuttles using the front doors ONLY, and exit through the rear doors
  • Shuttle buses only stop at designated bus stops
  • No pets
  • No food or drink
  • No smoking

Hazards & Warnings

In case of emergency, alert the shuttle driver or park staff.

Accessibility

All buses are accessible with wheelchair lifts and tie-downs. The maximum size for wheelchairs on shuttle buses is 24 inches wide x 46 inches long. Bus drivers will help passengers on and off buses or notify them of stops. If you need assistance, ask the bus driver.
