Location Description: Picnic Grove 28 is located on Ridge Road NW close to the intersection of Broad Branch Road NW. The picnic area is situatated on a steep hill inside a hairpin turn of Ridge Road NW.

Parking: Yes- The picnic area is accessed by a small pull out that can fit five or six vehicles. Parking is also available at Picnic Grove #2 north across Broad Branch Road NW.
