Overlook Two is between Overlooks One and Three south on the trail from the visitor center. You can see most of the waterfall from this overlook. Take a left on the small wooden footbridge by the Patowmack Canal wayside. A staircase and a ramp lead down to a short, compact gravel path. There is a large wooden viewing platform with benches.

Accessibility

There is a wood ramp with handrails and 8.1-8.7 % slope down to the short gravel path to the overlook. The path is flat without tree roots or large rocks. There are two benches next to the overlook.

From both the visitor center parking lot and lower parking lot, it is about a 0.2‑mile walk to Overlook Two.
