Fort Washington’s group picnic areas require a reservation April 1 through October 31. They can be reserved using Recreation.gov.

The B picnic area has four different areas that can be reserved, there is a large open field behind all the tables that is shared. There is one large parking lot shared by all the areas. A playground is in the area between B1 and B2. There are two restroom facilities on the outer edges of the space, closest to B1 and B4.

Area B1 is a larger area that can be reserved for up to 200 people.

Area B1 may also use the maintenance parking lot which is behind the tables that has a sidewalk to the tables.
