Completed in 1824, the Officer's Quarters was designed for four commissioned officers and their families. There building has two separate areas of the same designed, each would have been for two families. There is a basement kitchen on each end of the building, and the food would have been brought up to the first floor using a "dumb waiter".

Today the north side first floor is used as a visitor contact station when staffing permits and the second floor is used for storage. The south side first floor is used by the park's living history volunteers.
