The Arch Bridge is located along South Valley Trail, the longest trail in the park. The bridge is located past the dam at Lake 5 and connects South Valley Trail to Cabin Camp 5. The bridge was built by the Sierra Club for a bridge-building demonstration. Today the bridge is one of the most scenic spots in the park and offers views of the creek year-round.

The area just over the bridge is for permitted campers only.
