Nicholas Huebner
Nicholas Huebner was a blacksmith on the Allegheny Portage Railroad.
Nicholas became a blacksmith at age fourteen and left school. He emigrated to America in 1853 and was in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He worked there for the Allegheny Portage Railroad and then he opened his own shop. He moved to Railroad Street in Johnstown where he ran his business until he retired in 1886.
Nicholas married Elizabeth Renker on September 28, 1867.
